I highly recommend him! He was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I had two condos in San Diego I wanted to sell and wanted to do 1031 tax deferred exchanges on both. I had originally listed one of my condos with another Realtor who was highly recommended, but it didn't sell. After 6 months of nothing, I switched over to Greg. I reached out to Greg Martin, who I was referred to by an old coworker. When searching for a realtor I remember receiving the advice to find someone who listens to you and is genuine.
