Greg did a terrific job in helping us in finding our new home! He was great in finding us many options, we looked at several different types of houses in different neighborhoods all over San Diego. He was helpful in giving details about each neighborhood and home pluses and minuses. He did a great job explaining the mountains of paperwork you have to Docusign throughout the home buying process, it can be a chore, but he explained things well for everything.
He's great too with communication, very responsive to calls and texts.
And lastly great during COVID-19 times, I don't think I've seen his face except in pictures, always has the mask!

Greg communicated with us frequently and candidly throughout the sale of our home in the Rancho Bernardo, San Diego area. He offered advice, but respected our decisions in terms of strategy and pricing. He arranged for beautiful photos to be taken for the listing, and he recording a video walk-through to post on social media. There was a miscommunication regarding conveyance of our washer and dryer, and Greg offered to cover the cost difference out of his realtor fee.
